Cancellation Policy - Siam Serenity Spa
1. Cancel reservation before 24 hours:
• The customer can cancel the reservation without any fees if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled service time, and the amount will be returned to the customer’s wallet to benefit from the service at another time, or returned to the customer’s account within 14 days, according to the choice.
2. Cancellation of reservation between 12 and 24 hours:
•If cancellation occurs during this period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service value will be charged.
3. Cancellation of reservation within less than 12 hours:
•In case of cancellation less than 12 hours before the service time, the full value of the service will be deducted.
4. Non-attendance or delay in receiving the worker:
•Delay in receiving the worker: If the worker is not received within 15 minutes of the specified time without prior notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and the full value of the service will be deducted.
•Delay in arrival: If the customer is late to complete the service, the delay period will be deducted from the agreed service time.
5. Cancellation by Siam Serenity Spa:
•The service provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of emergency circumstances. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded or a new date will be set at the customer’s choice.
6. Modify the reservation date:
•The customer can modify the reservation date once without fees, provided that the modification is made at least 24 hours before the specified date.
• In the event that an appointment is requested to be modified less than 24 hours before the agreed service appointment, a cancellation fee of 30% of the value of the paid service will be applied.
