I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understood all terms and conditions relating to the home massage services provided by Siam Serenity Spa, and agree to fully comply with the following:
1. The service is for women only:
•I hereby acknowledge and agree that I am a female and that this service is exclusively for women. If it is proven that the service was provided to a man, the reservation will be cancelled without any refund, and I will be denied access to future services.
2. Respect for female workers:
•I pledge to treat workers with full respect, and to refrain from any inappropriate or offensive behavior. In the event of any offensive or unacceptable behavior, the service will be immediately cancelled and I will be prevented from benefiting from future services, in addition to taking the necessary legal measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Preventing personal contact with workers:
•I am prohibited from communicating with the workers personally or requesting services directly from them outside the official Siam Serenity Spa website. Any such attempt to communicate will be considered a serious violation of the terms and conditions, and will result in immediate cancellation of the service, with my being denied any future services, and appropriate legal action will be taken at the discretion of the management.
4. Commitment to the agreed services:
•No modifications or requests for additional services are allowed during the provision of the service unless agreed upon in advance. Any requests not agreed upon will be automatically rejected.
5. Commitment to time and place:
•I undertake to provide a safe and suitable environment to receive workers at the time and place previously agreed upon. I understand that failure to adhere to the appointment, including any delay from the specified appointment, may result in the service being shortened or cancelled without any compensation.
6. Cancel the order:
•I acknowledge that any cancellation of my reservation is subject to the terms of Siam Serenity Spa’s cancellation policy and I am responsible for paying the cancellation fee, if any, as specified in that policy.
Legal Acknowledgment and Liability:
By accepting the order, I acknowledge my full responsibility for any violation of these terms and conditions. I also agree that Siam Serenity Spa reserves the right to take all necessary legal action, including immediate cancellation of the service and denial of access to future services, in the event that I violate any of these terms.
Note: Siam Serenity Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time as it deems appropriate for the benefit of the business and to ensure quality of service.
